Refund Policy for NoRestNest

This page explains exactly how refunds work for NoRestNest subscriptions and one-time purchases. The short version is below — the long version follows underneath.

TL;DR

  • NoRestNest does not issue refunds. All payments go through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds (if any) are at the store's discretion — not ours.
  • Free trial: cancel anytime, never charged.
  • Monthly / Yearly subscriptions: no refund for the current billing period. Cancel to stop the next charge — Pro stays active until the period ends.
  • Lifetime: no refund, except where mandatory consumer law (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off, if not waived at checkout) requires one.
  • You can always ask Google or Apple directly; they may grant goodwill refunds outside this policy at their sole discretion.

1. Our refund policy by plan

Pro Yearly ($29.99 / year) No refund for the current year. Cancel to stop the next renewal. Pro stays active until the year ends. No partial / pro-rated refunds.
Pro Lifetime ($79.99 once) No refund — this is a one-time purchase. (EU consumers retain any non-waivable 14-day cooling-off rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.) If your EU 14-day right applies, contact privacy@norestnest.com within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise, the purchase is final.

Subscription pricing reflects this policy: by charging only $4.99 / month or $2.50 / month-equivalent on the yearly plan, with a 60-day free trial and the ability to cancel anytime, we do not offer additional refunds on top.

2. How to Request a Refund

For Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select NoRestNest
  5. Tap Request a Refund
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your NoRestNest purchase
  4. Click Report a Problem
  5. Select Request a Refund and follow the prompts

4. Canceling Your Subscription (No Refund Needed)

If you want to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges but do not need a refund for the current period:

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Select NoRestNest
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm cancellation

Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select NoRestNest
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

Important: Google Play and Apple have the final authority on any refund decision they choose to make. They can grant a refund at their discretion even when our policy doesn't — and NoRestNest does not override that decision.
